RENOVATIONS

We enjoy renovating older homes to their former glory. Whether it’s a face lift or a major restoration, we have the expertise to transform your home. One of the best and most common ways to increase your home’s value is to renovate the kitchen which is the centre of the family home. Let us help you increase your home’s appeal and liveability.

We also have considerable experience in attending to general maintenance and upkeep and building corrections.

EXTENSIONS

A home extension is a great way to add an extra bedroom, bathroom, home office or even an additional floor through a double storey extension. Not only will this increase the saleability of your home, it will make it more liveable for you and your family. We have experience with all styles of extensions, including period homes and modern extensions.

DECKINGS

Adding a deck to your home makes for a seamless transition between your indoor and outdoor living spaces. Decked areas increase the feel of liveable space for entertaining, relaxing and dining.

PERGOLAS

Many homeowners let an outdoor space go to waste, which lowers the property’s total value. By including more elegant details, such as a pergola, this shows that you have take pride in your garden and enjoy the space you have created.

WE ALSO SPECIALISE IN CARPENTRY

FRAMING

The most commonly used framing material is Australian structural plantation pine. Pine timber framing will keep expenses low while improving the aesthetics, usability, and environmental performance of your home. Floors, walls, and roofs are constructed with lightweight framework materials. Prefabricated system solutions that are created off-site and supplied to the construction site are becoming common. As a result, building can go more quickly and with less product waste.

LOCK UP

The lockup stage refers to the point in time where you’re able to effectively ‘lock up’ the house. This is normally when all the windows and exterior doors are on (and typically, but not necessarily, the garage door).

FIXING

This stage involves all the internal details being ‘fixed’ into your home from the plaster on the walls to the skirting boards, interior doors, staircases, and cabinets in the kitchen and other rooms. At this point, all wet areas will also be waterproofed. After the inspection has been approved, this phase is over.
